Anotation
Projekt bol zameraný na ekologické šetrenia zacielené na zistenie aktuálnej epizootologickej situácie vo výskyte pôvodcov infekčných a parazitárnych chorôb. Netopiere sme odchytávali metódou nárazových sietí tzv. netting v období mimo hibernácie a začiatku laktácie. V získaných vzorkách krvi, resp. sérach neboli detekované špecifické protilátky proti EBL. Metódou Real-Time PCR bola dokázaná prítomnosť Microsporidia spp., Encephalitozoon hellem a Enterocytozoon bieneusi. Z odchytených netopierov bolo získaných 223 roztočov rodu Spinturnix, kliešte (Ixodes verspertilionis) a klieštikovce (Steatonyssus occidentalis); z dvojkrídlovcov kuklorodky z čelade Nycteribiidae a tiež blchy (Ischnopsyllus intermedius). Z trusu netopierov sme izolovali rod Eimeria a vajíčka pásomníc z čeľade Hymenolepididae. Pri monitoringu na zimoviskách netopierov sme nezistili prítomnosť P. destructans.
The project was focused on environmental investigations aimed at detecting the current epizootiological situation in the occurrence of causative agents of infectious and parasitic diseases. The bats were captured using the method of the " netting “ in out of hibernation period and onset of lactation. In the obtained blood samples or blood sera were not detected specific EBL antibodies. The presence of Microsporidia spp., Encephalitozoon hellem and Enterocytozoon bieneusi were proved by Real-Time PCR method. 223 mites of the genus Spinturnix, ticks Ixodes verspertilionis, mites Steatonyssus occidentalis; keds of the Nycteribiidae family from diptera and also the fleas (Ischnopsyllus intermedius) were obtained from the captured bats. We have isolated the genus Eimeria and the eggs of tapeworms from Hymenolepididae family from the bats droppings. In the monitoring of winter sites of bats we did not detect the presence of P. destructans.
