Anotation
Cieľom predkladaného projektu je preskúmať a objasniť vplyv ľanového semena na funkcie vaječníkov a materníc rôznych druhov zvierat. Počas riešenia projektu budú v postupoch in vitro na kultivovaných bunkách vaječníkov kobýl a ošípaných a v postupoch in vivo na štruktúrach vaječníkov ošípaných sledované zmeny v expresii proliferačných a apoptotických markerov, rôznych receptorov, vo vylučovaní hormónov a rôznych signálnych substancií a v ich odozve na nadriadené a lokálne regulátory. Budú sledované diferencie v zložení folikulovej tekutiny a v štruktúre materníc, hustote a lokalizácii receptorov pre vybrané hormóny.
The aim of the present project is to investigate and clarify the effect of flax seed on ovarian and uterine functions of various animal species. During the project, changes in the expression of proliferative and apoptotic markers, several receptors, secretion of hormones and various signal substances and changes in their response to superior and local regulators will be observed in in vitro experiments on cultured equine and porcine ovarian cells and in vivo experiments on ovarian structures of gilts. Differences in composition of follicular fluid and in uterine structure, density and localization of receptors for selected hormones will be observed.
