Štúdia by mala poskytnúť potrebné základné informácie a hodnotenie, ktoré pomôžu Európskej komisii prijať kvalifikované rozhodnutie o tom, či by boli vhodné úpravy smernice č. 2005/36/ES, v znení neskorších predpisov, pokiaľ ide o minimálne požiadavky na odbornú prípravu, a ak áno, v akom rozsahu.
The study should provide the necessary background information and assessment to assist the commission in taking an informed decision on whether amendments to Directive 2005/36/EC as amended with regard to the minimum training requirements would be appropriate and if so, to what extent.
