Anotation
Kampylobakterióza patrí medzi najčastejšie príčiny bakteriálnej enteritídy u ľudí a jej hlavným rezervoárom je hydina. Zvýšenie prirodzenej imunity v črevnom trakte hydiny probiotickými baktériami sa pokladá za jednu z možných alternatív eliminácie kampylobakterióz. Selekcia najvhodnejších probiotických kmeňov testovaných v podmienkach in vitro nám umožní prvotný výber účinných probiotík pre použitie in vivo. Výsledky štúdia toll-like receptorov, zmien sekrécie mucínu, IgA, adhezívnych proteínov pôvodcu a ich interakcií so sliznicou čreva prispejú k poznaniu mechanizmov účinku probiotík a umožnia ich efektívne použitie pri redukcii počtov Campylobacter jejuni u hydiny.
Campylobacteriosis is the most frequent cause of bacterial enteritidis in man and poultry is the main reservoir of infected pathogen. Increasing of natural immunity in intestinal tract with probiotic bacteria is one of the possible alternatives for elimination of campylobacteriosis. Selection of the most suitable probiotic strains tested under in vitro conditions will allow primary selection of effective probiotics for in vivo using application. The results obtained from the study of toll-like receptors, changes in the secretion of mucin, IgA, adhesins receptors of pathogen and their interaction with intestinal mucosa will help to understand the mechanisms of the effect of probiotics and they enable an effective approach for livestock to reduce Campylobacter jejuni contamination.
