Anotation
Viaceré infekčné choroby, medzi ktoré patrí aj salmonelóza a kampylobakterióza spôsobujú enteritídy u hydiny a sú zároveň najčastejšími bakteriálnymi príčinami infekčných hnačiek u detí. Objasňovanie mechanizmu vzniku iniciálnych lézií v sliznici črevného traktu a zmien hladín cytokínov po infekcii so Salmonella enterica resp. Campylobacter species v tomto projekte umožní stanoviť efektívnu dobu aplikácie a optimálnu dávku baktérií s antagonistickou aktivitou - probiotík.
Several infectious diseases including salmonellosis and campylobacteriosis cause enteritidis in poultry and concurrently are the most common bacterial causes of infectious diarrhea in children. Understanding mechanism of arising initial lesions on the epithelial covering of intestine tract and changes in the level of cytokines after infection with Salmonella enterica or Campylobacter species in this project will be able to determine the effective period of aplication and optimalize dose of bacteria with antagonistic activity - probiotic microorganisms. Selection of most suitable probiotic strains under in vitro conditions and during modulation of lesions in the mucus of intestine tract and affection of production of cytokines in infected animals will result in to define probiotics with the most effective preventive effect against above mentioned pathogens.
