Anotation
Cieľom predloženého projektu je zníženie energetickej náročnosti Pavilónu č. 6, školskej budovy v sídle Univerzity veterinárskeho lekárstva a farmácie v Košiciach, na Komenského ulici č. 73 v Košiciach. Predmetom rekonštrukčných prác je obnova a reštaurovanie fasády z exteriéru, z interiéru bude objekt zateplený termoregulačným náterom.
Riešenie obnovy Pavilónu č. 6 je v projekte navrhnuté formou 1 hlavnej aktivity stavebného charakteru. Pre dosiahnutie úspor energií je navrhnutých 5 opatrení : zníženie energetickej náročnosti budov opatreniami stavebného charakteru, nútené vetranie so spätným získavaním tepla, meranie, riadenie a regulácia spotreby energie na vykurovanie, ohrev TV a rekonštrukcia interiérového osvetlenia a elektroinštalácie.
The aim of the submitted project is to reduce the energy consumption of Pavilion No. 6, a school building at the headquarters of the University of Veterinary Medicine and Pharmacy in Košice, at Komenského Street No. 73 in Košice. The subject of the reconstruction work is the restoration and restoration of the façade from the exterior, from the interior the building will be insulated with a thermoregulatory coating.
The solution for the renovation of Pavilion No. 6 is proposed in the project in the form of 1 main construction activity. To achieve energy savings, 5 measures are proposed: reducing the energy consumption of buildings by measures of a construction nature, forced ventilation with heat recovery, measuring, managing and regulating energy consumption for heating, heating of hot water and reconstruction of interior lighting and electrical installations.
