Anotation
Zvýšené používanie intramamárnych antibiotík pri liečbe dojníc a počas zasušovania prispieva k rastúcej antimikrobiálnej rezistencii (AMR) a rezíduám liečiv v mlieku. Stratégia EÚ „Z farmy na stôl“ si do roku 2030 kladie za cieľ zníženie spotreby antibiotík u hospodárskych zvierat o 50 %, čo si vyžaduje nové prístupy. Jedným z riešení je farmový integrovaný systém na monitorovanie AMR v živočíšnej výrobe. Systém bude spracúvať údaje o patogénoch z mlieka, sterov z prostredia a produktov prvovýroby spolu s ich rezistenciou. Výstupy budú slúžiť ako signály pre včasnú a cielenú terapiu, prispôsobenú aktuálnej situácii na farme. Tieto informácie prispejú k zlepšeniu zdravotného stavu, kvality a efektivity produkcie mlieka, čo sa pozitívne odrazí na ekonomike farmy a spotrebe antibiotík.
The increased use of intramammary antibiotics in the treatment of dairy cows and during the dry period contributes to the growing antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and drug residues in milk. The EU Farm to Fork Strategy aims to reduce antibiotic consumption in livestock by 50% by 2030, which requires new approaches. One solution is a farm-based integrated system for monitoring AMR in livestock production. The system will process data on pathogens from milk, environmental swabs and primary products, along with their resistance. The outputs will serve as signals for timely and targeted therapy, adapted to the current situation on the farm. This information will contribute to improving the health status, quality and efficiency of milk production, which will have a positive impact on farm economics and antibiotic consumption.
