Anotation
Cieľom predkladaného projektu je preskúmať a objasniť vplyv ľaničníkového semena (Camelina sativa)
bohatého na polynenasýtené mastné kyseliny, tokoferoly, glukozinoláty, polyfenoly a flavonoidy na funkcie
vaječníkov a materníc prasničiek. Počas riešenia projektu budú vykonané in vitro postupy s kultiváciou
ovarialneho a uterinného tkaniva prasničiek. Budú sledované zmeny v expresii proliferačných, apoptotických a
zápalových markerov a hormonálnych receptorov imunohistochemickou analýzou. V kultivačných médiách budú
kvantitatívne hodnotené zmeny vo vylučovaní hormónov a rôznych signálnych substancií použitím imunoanalýz,
pričom bude sledovaná aj ich odozva na nadradené regulátory.
The aim of the present project is to investigate and clarify the influence of camelina seeds (Camelina sativa), rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, tocopherols, glucosinolates, polyphenols and flavonoids, on the functions of the ovaries and uterus of gilts. During the project, in vitro procedures will be performed with the cultivation of ovarian and uterine tissue of gilts. Changes in the expression of proliferative, apoptotic and inflammatory markers and hormone receptors will be monitored by immunohistochemical analysis. Changes in hormone secretion and various signalling substances in the culture media will be quantitatively assessed using immunoassays, while their response to superior regulators will also be monitored.
