Anotation
V projekte budeme za in vitro podmienok testovať imunostimulačné vlastnosti vybraných kmeňov probiotických baktérii pri kultivácii s imunokompetentnými bunkami (napr. PMNL). Pre kokultiváciu budú použité špecifický modulátor (Salmonella enterica resp. Campylobacter spp.) a nešpecifický stimulant-concanavalín A. Získané hodnoty expresie prozápalových a protizápalových cytokínov a chemokínov nám preukážu imunologické vlastnosti vybraných probiotických kmeňov. Kmene s najlepšími imunologickými vlastnosťami budú prezentované pre ich využitie v praxi.
In the project we will be under in vitro conditions tested the immunostimulatory properties of selected strains of probiotic bacteria in culture with immunocompetent cells (eg PMBC). For co-cultivation will be used specific modulator (Salmonella enterica respectively. Campylobacter spp.) and non-specific
stimulant -Concanavalin A. The values of expression of proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines will demonstrate the immunological properties of selected probiotic strains. Strains with the best immunological properties will be presented for their use in practice.
